Posted: March 19, 2019

LONGMONT, Colo. March 19, 2019 – For the ninth year running, the Left Hand Brewing Foundation presents Leftapalooza and the Mile High Tribute Band Competition on Saturday, May 18th at Roosevelt Park in Longmont, Colo. Colorado’s raddest music and local craft beer festival showcases Colorado’s best tribute bands battling for top honors while raising funds for non-profits Love Hope Strength (LHS), the world’s leading rock and roll cancer foundation, and the Left Hand Brewing Foundation.

In addition for the first time, Leftapalooza is proud to welcome the Longmont Artisan Market to the festival. More than 25 local artists, makers, jewelers and more will be selling their art and raising awareness for the incredible community of artisans in Longmont and the surrounding area.

Beyond the music, brews and local artisans, LHS will be onsite throughout the event raising awareness and swabbing concert goers for possible donor matches. Since 2008 they have been hosting marrow donor drives at concerts and festivals across the globe via their “Get on the List” campaign. In fact, Left Hand Brewing’s co-founder Eric Wallace was a match and able to provide live-saving bone marrow for a recipient.

Music will be in the air all day with the first band kicking off at noon, and last year’s tribute band winner “Hey, Lady!”, a B-52s tribute, concluding the night’s festivities. The full Leftapalooza lineup includes:
