Hop into a glass of this year’s ProAm! The Fighting Ape is dry-hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe & Citra. Over 17.5 pounds of hops in these 7 barrels make for a wicked flavorful yet still clean IPA from homebrewer Dan’s great recipe.
From the Brewer, Adam L: I wanted this beer to be hazy, hoppy AF, smoooth drinking & ultimately, delicious. We dry-hopped this with El Dorado, Galaxy, Citra, Comet & Cascade. In total, there’s a whopping 28lbs of hops in these 7 barrels!
From the Brewer, Corrine G: I added over 4lbs of dried honeysuckle flowers to this brew! Farmhouse ale yeast adds classic banana & hay notes. For hops, East Kent Goldings played well with the other flavors, accentuating the florals, honey & spice

From Brewers Eric Y & Brandon F: Our mindset was to brew a glass full of everyone's favorite fireside treat, a S’more. We brewed our classic Milk Stout recipe & added cinnamon, vanilla, meadow foam honey, bran cereal, cocoa nibs & whole marshmallows.
We’re honored to be participating in Rare Beer Fest benefitting Pints for Prostates. Our selection is a black beauty from our archives. This 3x GABF winner spent 8 months in rye whiskey and bourbon barrels, and is aged to perfection.
